You have seven days after receiving your order to place a return request.
To file a return request, please fill out our "Contact Us" form and choose "Return Request".
Please be aware, that your product can only be returned, as long as the label is still attached.
You are in charge of the costs for the return. Make sure to insure the shipment to its full value and follow all the instructions given by our Support-team.
We do not offer returns on all products that are made with the configurator.
These products are custom made and can therefore not be taken back.
We do not offer returns for custom jewelry, custom jewelry fees, engraved jewelry, items on sale, ringsizer or products made with the configurator.
We always strive to find the best possible solution and offer to change exchangeable parts like for example, Chains and Bracelets.
